Here I sit it's 11:30pm the kids are in bed and there's nothing but silents throughout the house.  While staring at my beautiful china coffee cup (a wedding gift) I asked myself..again.. "Why can I not keep the weight off?".  I slowly glance over at the evil scale that's cowardly hiding in the corner and I quietly say "you're not my friend".  Just as I started to refocus on the coffee cup. I felt a calmness come over me and I heard the words Weight Is Just A Number.
